Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19, many carriers are experiencing delays which may affect normal shipping times. Unfortunately, we are not offering expedited delivery options at this time, since carriers cannot currently guarantee expedited delivery.

 

How much is shipping? 

Orders Over $300 in the Continental US: FREE shipping via UPS Ground (3-5 days after order processing)
Orders Under $300 in the Continental US: $14.99 via UPS Ground (3-5 days after order processing)

When will I get my shipment?

Orders are processed within 48 hours and then they are transferred to UPS. UPS Ground is typically delivered 3-4 days after the product is received by UPS, not including Sundays or holidays. Example: If the order was placed on Thursday before 1pm EST, the order will be shipped on Monday and will typically be delivered on Thursday or Friday of the following week. If your order exceeds 150 pounds, it will be packed on a pallet and shipped via UPS Freight. Please let your customer service representative know if you require a delivery appointment, a lift gate, or have any other delivery requirements.
